Body Building Training - One to One
Train with me personally online via face time, Skype or whatever your preference is from the comfort of your own home or at Glasgow Green Park. I will help you achieve your Body Building goals using proved techniques.
After you book your first session, I will call you to discuss your goals & how these can be achieved. Once this is accomplished we can then move on to devising a tailored training programme suitable for you along with guidance on changing your eating habits/lifestyle and create a diet plan.
Upon completion, we can keep in contact throughout the week to make sure you are reaching your targets to achieve the long term goals you have set.
