After you book your first session, I will call you to discuss your goals & how these can be achieved. Once this is accomplished we can then move on to devising a tailored training programme suitable for you, which you will have to do at your own time, along with guidance on changing your eating habits/lifestyle and create a diet plan.

Upon completion, we can keep in contact once a week throughout the month to make sure you are reaching your targets to achieve the long term goals you have set.

Refunds and Cancellations

How do cancellations/refunds work for bookings?

For a full refund of the service, the customer must cancel at least full 24 hours before the service’s booking time (shown in the confirmation email). The service fee will not be refunded unless the client cancels within the free cancellation period for their booking.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We send refunds immediately upon cancellation and they usually show up within 3-5 days, but sometimes it takes as long as 15 days before they reflect on the original payment method. In some countries, such as Brazil and India, it can take up to 2 months for the refund to arrive.
