Sport Specific Training - One to One
Whether it is Prehab Work, Power Training or Conditioning, I will help help you build a plan specific to your chosen sport, working on those muscle groups that matter to improve your speed, stamina and/or strength.
After you book your first session, I will call you to discuss your goals & how these can be achieved. Once this is accomplished we can then move on to devising a tailored training programme suitable for you along with guidance on changing your eating habits/lifestyle and create a diet plan.
Upon completion, we can keep in contact throughout the week to make sure you are reaching your targets to achieve the long term goals you have set.
