My reason for becoming a personal trainer started from being at school as I always enjoyed sports and fitness, I used to do athletics and play semi pro football. Now after getting my qualifications such as having a diploma in personal training and coaching fitness and various certificates covering all aspects of lifestyle coaching and fitness I have been doing what I love for over 7 years now. I also have been a football coach for over 7 years in various local teams throughout Glasgow such as Southside United, Glasgow United and Broomhill.

I specialize in weight loss, Sports specific and muscle gain, using boot camp like exercises. I will cater a program suited to each individual using not only exercises but also a diet plan suited to your goals.
